Shri Narendra D. Modi
Hon'ble Prime Minister Of India

Organ donation is a noble act that has the power to give a new lease of life to many. When a person donates organs after death, it creates the possibility of saving eight to nine lives.

Our government is working towards making this process simpler and more accessible through a uniform national policy. The age criteria of 65 years for organ donation has been removed, and the condition of being a state domicile has also been abolished, enabling citizens to register for organ donation anywhere in the country.

I urge my fellow countrymen to come forward in large numbers and participate in this life-saving initiative. Your one decision can save many lives and bring hope to countless families.
